Orders & Shipping
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once it ships. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
2. Do you offer local pickup?
If you live in the Hickory NC area, orders can be picked up at The Graceful Geese Mercantile, where Simply Soap has a booth. They are open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Address is 2220 US Hwy 70 SE # 179, Hickory, NC 28602. Telephone number: (828) 838-1011. Your purchase will be at the front desk approximately 24 hours after ordering.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S and Canada.
4. Is there free shipping?
Absolutely! You can receive free shipping for purchases of $50 or more. It will be automatically marked as free at checkout. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Shopify owners do get a discounted shipping rate, which is passed on to you.
Products & Ingredients
5. Are your products all-natural?
Yes! Our soaps, skin, and hair care products are handmade using natural, plant-based ingredients. We do occasionally use beeswax and silk protein for their beneficial properties.
6. Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan, but some contain goat milk, beeswax, or silk protein. Each listing clearly notes whether it’s vegan or not.
7. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin. Look for options labeled “unscented” or “gentle.” Feel free to reach out if you’d like a personalized recommendation.
8. How long do the products last?
Because we don’t use synthetic preservatives, we recommend using most products within 6–12 months of purchase. Keep them in a cool, dry place to extend their shelf life.
Sustainability & Packaging
9. Are your products zero-waste?
Yes! We package all items in compostable, recyclable, or reusable materials. Only minimal plastic here (bottle caps/sprayers/pumps). We strive for planet-friendly packaging that reflects our values.
10. Is your palm oil sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. We only use certified sustainable palm oil that doesn’t contribute to deforestation.
Returns & Exchanges
11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if something isn’t right with your order, please contact us—we’ll do our best to make it right.
12. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or offer store credit.

13. Do you offer gift boxes or custom sets?
Yes! We have curated gift sets available, and you can also build your own. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just treating yourself.
