  With proper care (a well-draining soap dish, allowed to dry between uses), a Dr. Soaper Himalayan Salt and Shea Bar typically lasts 5-6 wks of daily showers. Salt bars are denser and harder than standard soap, so they last noticeably longer.
• Can I use it on my face?
  Yes. Many customers use it as a gentle facial exfoliant. Use light pressure, avoid the eye area, and rinse thoroughly.
• Is it safe to use during pregnancy?
  This is a rinse-off soap containing lavender, rosemary, and peppermint essential oils at cosmetic use levels. Essential oils are generally considered safe in rinse-off products, but individual sensitivities vary. If you are pregnant or nursing, please check with your healthcare provider before adding any new essential-oil product to your routine.
• Is it palm-oil-free?
  Yes. We use coconut, olive, and shea butter oils - no palm oil of any kind.
• Is it vegan?
  Yes. All plant-based oils; no animal-derived ingredients.
• Is this a cold-process soap?
  Yes - hand-cut, cold-process, cured in small batches in Newton, NC.
• Why does the color and shape vary bar to bar?
  Every bar is hand-poured and hand-cut, so slight variations in color intensity, shape, and weight are natural. That is the mark of a handcrafted product, not a defect.
• What is the net weight?
  Approximately 5.5 oz per bar. Because bars are hand-cut, weights vary slightly.
• How do I make my bar last longer?
  Keep it out of standing water. Store on a well-draining soap dish and let it dry fully between uses.
